The entire building was SO clean and the lobby was spacious and full of natural light, so I could step out of our room and work peacefully. The building was a convenient location (walking distance) to a Kroger and an excellent restaurant, as well downtown Nashville (not really walking distance 😉). I'm actually looking at other Sonder facilities to stay in because I was so impressed by this one. Free washer and dryer with detergent provided was a top tier amenity, IMO. I also spoke with an agent through the Sonder app to see about upgrading to a 2 bedroom the day of check-in, and the agent was fast and extremely helpful.

It was simple - clean, elegant, comfy. At about half the price of similar options! Remarkably quiet, actually. The room felt more like a Scandinavian minimalist style apartment and less like a hotel room. It had everything you need, smartly but simply arranged. The self-serve nature of the stay was awesome - you use the app for everything. No interacting with staff. The smart tv let me stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. that parts kinda genius. It let’s you sign into your accounts, but automatically wipes everything and resets after you leave. I’m a convert.

I enjoyed having the little efficiency apt. type room a lot, but the lack of parking was a bummer. With 3 vacant lots right there by the building you would think some sort of parking lot or space would be available. Using Lyft to go to Broadway is still a better choice than driving & their prices were great going there but they are higher coming back which isn't what I'm used to. But beyond that the Sounder was a great place to stay. We didn't actually see the staff be we did see cleaning carts so we knew they were there come check out time.

Our room was large and very clean. Brooklyn Bowl is a 12 min walk(safe)and places along the way to eat. Assembly Food Hall on Broadway is fabulous. 22 min walk not too bad, just one stretch across railroad. The Morton/shops/distillery is about a 20 min walk, but I do not recommend walking to it. Overpass and lots of homeless people on the route. Quick Lyft 5min $6. The farmer's market down the road was an ok walk about 10 min. Food and small shops, cute.

Nice, cozy unit with a good shower. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked-cookware included! The area is a good one, just in the development phase so it doesn't look upscale. Close to downtown Nashville but not in the middle of the chaos. Overall a great little studio for a single traveler or a couple, maybe even a small family for a short period. Excellent value!
